Monamid – Non-absorbable Oculoplasty and Orbital Surgery Suture is a sterile, monophylated and non-absorbent surgical thread made from long-chain aliphatic Polyamide (PA) polymers known as Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6. Used with precision in oculoplasty and orbital surgeries, Monamide supports your surgical success with high knot safety and low tissue reaction. It is available in colorless form as well as in blue (C.I. no: 74160) or black (C.I. no: 77266) coloured options to enhance tissue visibility. It fully complies with the standards of American Pharmacopoeia (U.S.P.) and European Pharmacopoeia (E.P.).
