MONOPROLEN
Polypropylene (PP)
Monoprolen – Non-absorbable oculoplasty and Orbital surgical suture is a synthetic, linear and monophilamental sterile surgical thread produced from polypropylene (PP) stereoisomer with an isotactic crystalline structure. High node safety in oculoplasty and orbital surgeries provides minimal trauma in soft tissues and long-term tissue support. In addition to the colorless option to enhance visibility, Monoprolene is painted with blue (C.I. #61568/#74160) or black (C.I. #77266) pigments, providing superior performance in sensitive eye circumference operations with its inert, nonantigenic and nonpyrogenic structure. It is the ideal unabsorbed suture option for professionals looking for comfortable handling, low tissue reaction and reliable surgical results.
