Monoprolene – Non-Absorbable Brain and Neurosurgery Suture is a monofilament, non-absorbable, synthetic surgical suture made from the isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene. Its sterile structure ensures safe use in delicate surgical procedures. Monoprolene is available in blue or black to enhance visibility in the surgical field. This suture, characterized by high knot security and low tissue reaction, is preferred in neurosurgical procedures where preservation of nerve structures is vital.
